// for cyclists who report bad driving

Caught it on camera.
Now make it count.

Every report makes a driver think twice. Report-It helps you submit yours in minutes: it syncs your footage with your ride, finds the moment, reads the plate and drafts the report, autocompleting the details you already have. Check it, tweak it, submit it, get on with your day.

// how it works

Report incidents in minutes

Four steps, and the app does the heavy lifting. From SD card to a report ready to submit while the kettle boils.

Step 1 · Sync your ride

Plug in the card. Your rides sync themselves.

Report-It scans the SD card and pairs every clip with the matching Strava ride, so the footage already knows where you were and when. No folders, no timestamp maths, no hunting.

  • Strava and your footage linked automatically
  • Import one ride or the whole card
  • Footage stays on your machine, always

Step 2 · Review the moments

Lock beeps become bookmarks

Locked your camera when it happened? Report-It hears the beep and queues up the moment automatically. Scrub a tight window to the exact frame and move on.

  • Incidents flagged from lock beeps, ride-wide
  • Frame-accurate scrubbing with up to 8x sweep
  • Didn't beep? Mark a moment by hand

Step 3 · Say what happened

Two taps. The rest is already drafted.

Tap what happened and rate the danger. The hard part is done for you: the location is pinned from your ride, the plate is read from the footage and a draft statement is written to match, ready for you to make your own.

  • One-tap incident types, no essay writing
  • Danger rating shapes how forceful the draft is
  • Every word editable before you send it

Step 4 · Check it and send

Ready to submit in minutes, remembered for next time

Report-It cuts a compliant evidence clip and autocompletes the police form with the repetitive details you already have — the plate, the place, the time, your contact details. You read the draft, tweak anything you want to say differently and press submit yourself. The case reference is logged, and the next report is even faster.

  • Evidence clip cut to spec automatically
  • 90+ repetitive fields autocompleted, every one editable
  • References logged, footage requests answered in two clicks

How does it actually work?

01

The beep finds the incident

Locking footage on your camera makes it beep. Report-It listens through the whole ride's audio and flags every beep as a moment to review.

02

Strava pins the location

Your footage is matched against your ride track, so the exact road, direction of travel, date and time come from data you already have.

03

Plates are read on your machine

Number plate reading is on-device OCR. Your footage is never uploaded anywhere for processing.

04

It knows why reports fail

Reports go nowhere over missing details: your speed, your road position, the right wording for the offence. Report-It drafts a statement that covers them.

05

You have the final say

Everything it writes is a draft. Read it, tweak it, make it yours. Nothing goes anywhere until you submit it.

06

No data leaves your machine

All the analysis happens on your computer. Your footage, your rides and your details stay with you.

// why report-it exists

We're cyclists too

We watched our own reports go nowhere because we didn't mention our speed, or didn't quote the right legal text. And the forms are so convoluted that the reporting took twice as long as the riding. Report-It exists so the roads get safer, and it isn't cyclists who pay for it with their time.
